I wanted to create a custom rack in Ableton Live to emulate the same kind of on-the-fly programming variations that Propellerheads have put into their fantastic “Figure” iOS app. It’s not exactly the same but it’s a worthwhile technique to explore if you are looking for an extra dimension to your beat programming.
